Local operation and ownership
Unity Marine Ltd. is a joint venture company based and registered in the Falkland Islands.
The company is owned by F-land ApS in Denmark and Fortuna Ltd.
This ensures our activities will be taxed in the Falkland Islands and contribute to the development of the local economy.
Unity Marine commits to ensuring local ownership is maintained and will work actively to increase and diversify the local shareholding to ensure that more companies and individuals can benefit from the future success of this industry.
